One-time Business Group activation fee and a one-time installation fee applied per seat at time of first billing cycle. When you switch to AccessBusiness Hosted PBX your current phone provider and long distance will be automatically canceled. 911 monthly service fee and 411 usage fees apply. Installation includes connecting all existing jacks at no cost. Inside wiring installation charges are administered at discretion of customer and are charged at standard labour rates of $99/hour. Customers not subscribed to the monthly Business Group Administrator Assist program will be charged per seat for service call related to programming or making changes to their Web Portal based features. Call Queue only available if subscribed to Line Hunting. Call Queue service calls inclusive to Business Group Administrator Assist. Monthly rates available. Some conditions apply. Rates are subject to change without notice.
