Regina, SK – The 29th Annual Regina Humane Society (RHS) Telethon presented by Access Communications Co-operative which aired live February 19 from 6 to 10 p.m. on Access7 was an outstanding success. This year’s Telethon raised $59,167!
We are amazed at how generous people are with their time and their support when it comes to the animals we care for,” said Lisa Koch, Executive Director of the RHS following the broadcast. “Thank you so much to everyone for making this year’s Telethon such a success.”
“We air a number of telethons throughout the year, but the response to the Humane Society Telethon always blows me away,” said Wade Peterson, Manager of Community Production at Access7. “A good cause makes all the difference, and this year’s telethon proved that.”
