Application by Radius Communications Inc. (Radius), on behalf of Access Communications Co-operative Limited (Access) for authority to acquire ownership, by way of assets, of CJTR-FM Regina, an English-language community radio station in Saskatchewan.
The applicant is also requesting a new broadcasting licence to continue the operation of the undertakings under the same terms and conditions as those currently in effect.
Access is a not-for-profit co-operative incorporated in Saskatchewan and controlled by its board of directors.
