Display quality & technical issues
The quality of the display of the AccessNow TV App content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. Availability is subject to your Internet service and device capabilities. Higher internet speeds are recommended for households using multiple streams at a time. A minimum of 25 Mbps is recommended for optimal viewing. The range of the wireless signal may vary due to electromagnetic interference, home construction material, obstructions, and other environmental factors. You are responsible for any internet usage or cellular data usage charges you incur to access the Service. Viewing of programming on personal devices may be subject to any data usage charges regularly associated with the use of such personal devices. Interactive services and applications also may incur additional data usage charges.

Signing Up
Step 1: If you have already signed up for WTVE.ca, you can jump to step 4, if you haven't set up a Watch TV Everywhere account visit WatchTVEverywhere.ca (WTVE.ca)
Step 2: Select your provider (Access Communications) then click on “Register” and fill out your information. You will need to enter your account number and the last name on your statement.
Step 3: You will receive your confirmation email with the activation link to log into WTVE.ca.

Step 1: Sign into My Account to purchase the App for $2.95/mth - there will be a new section titled "AccessNow TV App" front and center!

Cancelling your subscription
AccessTV Customers
Your AccessTV Now App subscription is included in your AccessTV package and you are not being charged. If you no longer wish to use the app simply delete the app from your device.

How much does an AccessTV Now App subscription cost?
This depends on what other Access services you subscribe to.
For customers that subscribe to an AccessTV package, the app is included in their packaging along with other Go Apps. For a complete list of Go Apps we offer visit: https://www.myaccess.ca/tv/go-apps.
For customers that subscribe to another Access service - Internet, Rural Internet, Phone or Security - the app is $2.95/month.
For non-Access customers and users outside of our service areas the app is $3.95/month.
What devices does the app support?
The app is supported by android and apple smart phones, tablets and devices like Apple TV, Android TV adn FireTV. The app is unavailable on computers and through Roku devices.
System requirements:
- AppleTV : tvOS 13 or later
- iOS: iOS 9 or later
- Android: 4.4 or later
- AndroidTV: 6.0 or later
- FireTV: 5.1 or later
How many devices can be registered?
You can have the app installed on up to 15 devices and can watch 3 streams at a time. Two streams must be running the same feed.

Can I use the AccessNow TV App when travelling in the US and Canada?
Yes! You can watch content from anywhere in North America.
I forgot my password, how can I log in?
For customers with other Access products, visit WTVE.ca and select the Forgot Password option.
For AccessNowTV App only customers, visit https://www.accessnowtvapp.ca/accessnow/accessnow-app/login and select the Forgot Password option.
How do I reset my password?
For customers with other Access products, log in to your WTVE.ca account and select the Manage Account screen. From here you can reset your password, change your email address and view registered accounts.
For AccessNowTV App only customers, log in to your account at https://www.accessnowtvapp.ca/accessnow/accessnow-app/login and select the Change Password option.
How do parental controls work?
Parental controls need to be set on each device. Canadian broadcasters give content ratings for children's programming, drama, "reality-based" shows and feature films. English-language broadcasters use the AGVOT classification system. AVGOT stands for Action Group on Violence on Television. Although the name suggests that the ratings are based only on depictions of violence, other elements, such as nudity and language, are included in the classification.

Shows that can be started over will have the Restart TV icon listed below the show name in the guide or it will show up beside the Watch Live option in the show screen.
Can I sign up for the AccessNow TV App with an American credit card?
No, only Canadian credit cards are accepted.
Do my favourite feeds carry over to each device?
No, favourite feeds will need to be set on each device.

ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE
In addition to the General Terms and Conditions, and the Access Communications Privacy Policy, and all other applicable Terms, the following Terms of Service apply to the provision of our AccessNow TV Application.
Access Communications may at any time and from time to time amend or modify these Terms of Service and/or any fees, features or other aspects of the services provided upon notice to you and without your consent. Notification may be provided using one or more of the following methods:
(i) postcard or letter mailed to your billing or service address; (ii) bill message or insert; (iii) e-mail to one or more of your Access Communications e-mail accounts; (iv) recorded announcement; (v) posting on www.myaccess.ca; (vi) call to your billed telephone number; or (vii) newspaper advertisement. If you do not agree to any such amendments or modifications of these Terms of Service and/or any fees, features or other aspects of the services, your sole and exclusive remedy is to immediately stop using the services and terminate your services. Your continued use of the services following such notice means you agree to such amendments and modifications. You can review the most current version of these Terms of Service at www.myaccess.ca or by requesting a copy from Customer Service, Access Communications Co-operative Ltd., 2250 Park Street, Regina, SK S4N 7K7.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
AccessNow TV has an Application that allows customers to watch live and recorded programming, set favorite location feeds, view the channel guide, and restart live programming on something other than a TV. You may view the Application on your internet connected Apple or Android smart phone, tablet, Apple TV or Android device. Programming will be provided from select AccessNow TV feeds. All AccessNow feeds may not be available on the Application.
Except for the limited rights granted to you in these Terms, all rights, title, interest, and intellectual property rights in and to:
i. the Application; and
ii. any content available for viewing on or through the Application (the “Content”) are the property of Access Communications and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT
The Application is available on your Apple or Android smart phone, tablet, or Apple TV or Android device, through which you have an internet connection.
SERVICES PROVIDED, SERVICE LIMITATIONS, PERFORMANCE AND AVAILABILITY
The Application is only available to users who live in Canada. It can be viewed in North America (some restrictions will apply).
You are responsible for any internet usage or cellular data usage charges you incur to use the Application. Viewing of programming on personal devices may be subject to any data usage charges. Programs transmit a lot of data which can become expensive if you have a limited data plan. You are responsible for all the charges incurred with your mobile carrier.
Wired connections and in-home Wi-Fi will provide the best quality. The quality while roaming (airports, stores, etc.) will vary depending on the strength of the signal.
There are currently 3 different subscription avenues:
- Current Access Communications TV subscriber – FREE
- Current Access Communications subscriber without TV – monthly fee
- Non-Access Communications subscriber – monthly fee
This App will not initially offer the full catalogue of AccessNow TV programming available OnDemand. You can currently restart programming as far back as 72 hours.
Access Communications subscribers will require a watchTVeverywhere account (WTVE.ca). Non-Access Communications subscribers do not.
The Application can be downloaded from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
If you no longer wish to use the Service, you should not renew your monthly subscription.
ACCESS COMMUNICATIONS SUBSCRIBERS
These General Terms of Service, together with any additional Terms documents, completed and signed Agreements or Pre-Authorized Payment form, published rates for the services, invoice terms, and any guides or manuals that we may provide to you regarding your services, all as amended from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and Access Communications for the services and supersede all prior agreements, written or oral.
If you are an Access Communications subscriber without TV, the monthly charge for the AccessNow TV Application will appear on your monthly invoice.
NON ACCESS COMMUNICATIONS SUBSCRIBERS
You must pay with a Canadian credit card. Your credit card will be charged monthly, for one month in advance, and for every month thereafter until you cancel. If your payment is declined your subscription will be cancelled. If you wish you may re-subscribe with a valid Canadian credit card.
PROHIBITED USES OF SERVICE
You may not share any of your account or authentication credentials (for example, any username or password) that may be used to access the Application, with any person that is not currently a member of your household which is listed as your Service Address. You are responsible for any and all users and shall ensure they comply with all terms in accordance with your Agreement with Access Communications, including all the Access Communications Terms and Conditions, Additional Terms, and Privacy Policy. You agree to communicate any and all notices from Access Communications to all users, to the extent applicable.
Federal law provides severe civil and criminal penalties for the unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exhibition of copyrighted motion pictures and certain programming, and Access Communications shall not be liable for the same, nor is Access Communications granting you any rights in that regard whatsoever.
YOUR RIGHTS
You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on your own device(s). This license is limited to your own personal, lawful, non-commercial use, which use must be in accordance with these Terms and in accordance with your Agreement with Access Communications, including the Access Communications Terms and Conditions, Additional Terms, and Privacy Policy. Without limitation, “personal, lawful, non-commercial use” means:
i. use that complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which you use the Application and Content,
ii. use which takes place in your private premises, or if outside your private premises, is limited to a private viewing for you and your invitees; and
iii. use that specifically excludes any public presentation, even if no fee is charged.
ACCESS COMMUNICATIONS’ RIGHTS
Access Communications may change the Application (including any features and functionality), and any provision of these Terms, at any time without prior notice to you.
NO WARRANTY. YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR ARISING FROM STATUTE, COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT, NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT: (i) THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL OPERATE IN CONNECTION OR COMBINATION WITH ANY SOFTWARE, SYSTEM OR EQUIPMENT; OR (ii) THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY TYPE OR MANNER OF FINANCIAL LOSS, EVEN IF WE HAD ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE APPLICATION. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL EXCLUDE OR RESTRICT THE LIABILITY OF US TO YOU FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY LAW.
ACCESS COMMUNICATIONS CHILDREN’S FUND TV BINGO
How It Works
There are 13 games each night: 4 games at $200, 4 games at $300, 4 games at $500 and 1 game with a $1,000 prize. A total of over $5,000 - $10,000 will be won each week in our prize board. The numbers will be called 10 seconds apart and there will be a flashboard present onscreen throughout each game.
The information on each TV Bingo card is stored by computer including the serial number, game pattern and page color. Viewers will be notified when it is determined there is a possible bingo. The Bingo Caller will wait up to 60 seconds for the potential winner to phone in before the next number is called.

How to Play
The Access Communications Children's Fund TV Bingo is available to viewers of AccessNow TV, including using our AccessNow TV App. You must be at least 16 years old to purchase bingo cards or claim an AccessNow TV Bingo prize. The Bingo line is 306-565-5381 or toll free at 1-877-889-8860.
Bingo cards may be purchased at any Access Communications retail office or at select retail outlets in Saskatchewan – see www.myaccess.ca/childrens-fund/tv-bingo/tv-bingo-cards for the full list of locations.
- All cards must be marked with a bingo dabber.
- Cover the square in the middle of your card, marked 'FREE'.
- Each time a letter and number is called; cover the square on your card that corresponds to both such letter and number.
- The Ball (number) is not official until the caller has completely called the entire number. Ball supersedes any caller or mechanical error.
- You have achieved 'Bingo' when you cover the same pattern as called (i.e., the full card or any two lines), and have the last number called in your bingo pattern.
- Player has 60 seconds to call in and confirm their bingo.
- Once the winning game card(s) is validated, the game is closed, and no more bingos will be accepted and the TV Bingo will resume to the next consecutive game or card.
After You Win
- Each winner must supply the verification number and serial number of their winning card, and their name, address and phone number.
- All winners will be paid by cheque. The cheque is made out to the individual verifying the bingo. Proper identification is required prior to payment.
- The winning card (entire 6-up page) must be checked by an official verifier before payment of winnings is made. THE SERIAL NUMBER AND SERIES NUMBER MUST MATCH THE NUMBERS DISTRIBUTED THAT WEEK OF TV BINGO.
- In the event of multiple winners for the same prize, the cash value of the prize will be divided equally among the multiple winners. (For example, if there are two winners of a $500 game, each will receive $250). Minimum win is $50.
All unclaimed cash prizes will be added to the growing Jackpot portion of the TV Bingo.
All card sales are final and absolutely no refunds are allowed except at the discretion of an authorized Access Communications Children's Fund TV Bingo representative.
The Access Communications Children's Fund TV Bingo is licensed by the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority. License # MB20-0012.
In the event of any disruption of the broadcast of the game due to acts of God or causes beyond the reasonable control of Access Communications including, but not limited to, power outages, the program shall be continued from the point of disruption the following day (Sunday) at 11:00 am, and play will continue until the bingo program is complete.
Access Communications Children's Fund TV Bingo is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws. Game card must be verified by official verifiers before participant is declared a winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Access Communications Co-operative Limited and Access Communications Children's Fund Inc. and their agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Any video, pictures or full name of winners or participants can be used only with their consent. By accepting a prize, winner agrees not to hold Access Communications Co-operative Limited, Access Communications Children's Fund, their respective directors, officers, or employees accountable for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Access Communications Children's Fund TV Bingo. Winner knowingly and voluntarily assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of prize. Access Communications and Access Communications Children's Fund are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Access Communications Children's Fund TV Bingo or in the announcement of the prize. Calls to Access Communications Children's Fund TV Bingo may be monitored for quality assurance.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The AccessNow TV App runs on various devices and requires a strong device signal to enjoy properly. Before purchasing your TV Bingo cards, it’s essential to ensure your device has sufficient signal strength in your area. The Access Communications Children’s Fund is not responsible for signal loss, signal delay and/or impairment on the AccessNow TV App during TV Bingo. We will not provide refunds for technical issues that occur while using the AccessNow TV app.
