Mail delays
If you still receive a paper bill from Access, you will not be receiving it on schedule due to the Canada Post labour disruption.
Please note: You are still responsible for paying your bills on time, even if you do not receive a paper bill in the mail. Access wants to make it easy for you to pay your bills without relying on a paper invoice. The easiest way to do this is to sign up for Account Online and eBill. With this service you can also set up pre-authorized payments, make one-time payments, view an up-to-date record of your transactions, and see your bill history.
Account Online
My Account is an online service that allows you to keep track of your bill, make one-time payments, sign-up for eBill and manage your Access services.
- Log in to My Account with your username and password.
- If you are registering for the first time, you will need your first and last name, your Access account number and your postal code as shown on your first bill.
- You will be asked to set your My Account username and provide an email address that you have access to for receiving communications.
- Choose a password and select Register.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
