Still getting paper bills?
Important Notice: Mail is now being delivered after Canada Post employees returned to work. For customers that receive a paper bill, your balance may not be current due to delivery delays by Canada Post.
To get up-to-date balances, set up an Access Account Online profile which is quick and easy to do. With this service you can also turn on eBills, set up pre-authorized payments, make one-time payments, view an up-to-date record of your transactions, and see your bill history.
